Looking at how our 'Mask' distorts these essential Core qualities. Connecting to their primary expressions of love, power and serenity and what they represent in our psyche. Love, Energy and Consciousness are the principal expressions arising from the trine primary states of Being: Unified Being, Life Energy and Conscious Awareness. With love we connect, merge and unite; with energy we live, move and activate; with consciousness we perceive, know and realise. The aim of this weekend is to open up and work with these basic dynamics of life. We will be using the techniques developed from the sources of Core Integration: The Reichian therapeutic tradition, in particular Core Energetics. Oriental self-development traditions, in particular Daoist Qigong. Contemporary spiritual approaches, in particular Diamond Logos. A new, dynamic synergy is created by the integration of the above perspectives. They will be infused by the distinct Core Integration insights that have been specifically developed to address psychological, spiritual and community issues. Saturday: 10am - 7pm.
