Over the years there has been consistent research into subjects and practices that relate to each other in one way or another. These have been combined to create Enosis and its two distinct applications; Core Integration Psychetherapy, a therapy modality, and Heart of Being, a spiritual unfoldment system. What has contributed to the development of Enosis and its applications are the following trainings and experiential explorations listed more or less chronologically.
