Core Integration with Amadis Cammell in London, UKSpecific Workshops HEALING THE INNER CHILDIn this workshop we will be exploring how we can heal the hurts and traumas we suffered as infants and children and which still affect us today. We will look at what defences have formed in us as a result of our original wounding. Their consequence is that we lose our vitality and become emotionally numbed. We also feel somewhat separate from what life has to offer us and less connected to our Core reality. As adults we no longer require these defences as by now we normally find or develop new resources and maturity that we didn't have as children.During these two days we will bring awareness to our defensive structures and how they operate so to understand their origins. By accessing our deep Core wounds we seek to release the long buried painful emotions and fear associated with them. Then the issues that we are faced with in our daily adult lives can be resolved and be replaced with a childlike state of joy, excitement, love and beauty. As we recover this innocent part of us that can love freely, openly and trustingly, we reclaim our long buried true, original, spiritual nature.
