Core Integration CoursesThere are two series of workshop courses currently being run. Cycle of Life Workshops The Cycle of Life is based on the Classical Chinese, Five Elements model. This has been used for over two millennia in every aspect of Chinese culture including medicine, feng shui and spirituality. One sees both the integrated reality of existence and also differentiates all aspects of human nature with these five phases of our psyche. They also correlate to the five character types of Reichian psychology, this being a development unique to Core Integration and Heart of Being. Within the Core Integration paradigm the accent is on the psychological qualities such as the five character defense structures. Also on the essential attributes of the five phases that facilitate the transformation of our psyche. By resolving personality issues and addressing the detrimental effects of the character defense structures, through therapeutic processes, we connect and integrate with our authentic core nature. There you will find weekly evening courses which focus on the holistic and spiritual nature of ourselves and of Being. Courses TimetableCycle of Life - Elements of the Psyche-workshopsThis is a series of workshops focussing on the Core Integration therapeutic principles and personal development along the Five Elements Cycle. The Earth Element workshop runs in September every year. The Autumn workshop on the Metal Element takes place in November. The Winter workshop on the Water Element is early in the New Year. The Spring workshop on the Wood Element occurs after Easter of each year. The Summer workshop on the Fire Element is in early summer. The cost is £60 per day workshop. Core Integration Foundation CourseThis is a series of six bi-monthly weekend modules on Core Integration. The course starts in February. Details and dates will be posted soon.The cost for the entire course is £720. The maximum number of participants is ten, so to secure a place please let us know asap.
